瓜國大報表揚孫大成推動外交貢獻

（中央社台北3日電）瓜地馬拉「自由新聞報」社論版於當地時間2日刊登專文。讚揚孫大成擔任中華民國駐瓜地馬拉大使，致力推展台灣與瓜國各項合作關係，貢獻卓著，獲得瓜國聖保羅大學管理榮譽博士學位。

專欄作家Vida Amor y Paz在標題「孫大成為人謙和與功績卓著」的文中指出，台灣在瓜地馬拉進行技術合作外，並協助瓜國交通部、衛生部、農牧部、環保及國防等部會相關計畫，尤其在大使館居間協助下讓瓜國幼童小瓜瓜，得以在台灣成功地接受換肝手術，獲得新生。

文中說，孫大成為人謙和，處處為瓜國人民福祉設想，其悲天憫人情操令人敬佩，對瓜國所作貢獻為各界人士有目共睹，當瓜國發生風災或地震等天然災害時，他在第一時間進行賑濟工作，曾完成興建600間竹屋供當時受到Stan風災的無棲身處災民使用、捐贈救護車、完成擴建瓜國CA9公路部分路段，並獲多個省、市榮譽市鑰及市民等殊榮。

文中說，就在今天的日子，於瓜國安地瓜市古城的歷史名勝將軍府，由瓜國熱帶森林基金會與玉石之家將共同致贈孫大成表揚牌，以表彰他對瓜國貢獻，該獎項為每兩年頒發1次予傑出人士及企業。

孫大成以人生服務為目的及效法孔子教育精神，為瓜國人民所敬愛，並參與慈濟佛教基金會在瓜國進行義診與物資發放，讓成千上萬的瓜國人民受惠，以上作為讓瓜國人民更感受到孫大成卓越領導，及其所帶領的工作團隊成果。

文中深深地感謝孫大成多年來為瓜國所作貢獻，獲此表揚乃實至名歸。
